Brad Witt is the Director of Hearing Conservation at Sperian Hearing Protection in San Diego, CA. He has a B.S. in Communication Disorders from Brigham Young University, and an M.A. in Audiology from Northwestern University. For fourteen years, he managed a hearing conservation practice in California, providing OSHA-standard services at 175 locations. He has served as President of the National Hearing Conservation Association (NHCA), and in his present position, manages the Acoustical Laboratory at Howard Leight, and provides training to professional groups in all aspects of hearing conservation. His 150+ hearing conservation seminars in behalf of Sperian Hearing Protection the past three years have been presented in fifteen countries.

Shulz largeTheresa Y. Schulz PhD., Lt. Col. USAF [retired]

Dr. Theresa Y. Schulz is the Hearing Conservation Manager for Sperian Hearing Protection, LLC. Dr. Schulz is the Immediate-Past-President and has been an active member of National Hearing Conservation Association [NHCA] for 24 years. She is also a past Chair of the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation [CAOHC]; a certified member of the American Speech- Language-Hearing Association [ASHA]; a fellow in the American Academy of Audiology [AAA]; and a member of the Air Force Audiology Association [AFAA]. Dr. Schulz received her B.S. in Communication Disorders and M.A. in Audiology in from the University of Texas at Austin, and her PhD in Hearing Science from Ohio State University. Dr. Schulz served in the United States Air Force for over 20 years as an audiologist, and was recognized as U.S. Air Force Outstanding Audiologist of the Year in l989 and l998. She also received the Elizabeth Guild Award for Contributions to Military Hearing Conservation in l996. Dr. Schulz was nominated by the Air Force for the 2003 National Public Service Award and received the military's Outstanding Volunteer Medal in 2004 for her extensive work to prevent noise-induced hearing loss both in the military and in the public sector. Dr. Schulz has also provided consultation in hearing loss prevention issues and hearing conservation programs to corporate clients and individuals. Most recently, she served as a senior service fellow at the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health’s [NIOSH] Hearing Loss Prevention Branch. She is a CAOHC Course Director and Certified Professional Supervisor, and has taught Hearing Conservation in settings ranging from worker training to graduate academic course. Dr. Schulz is a frequently requested – and enthusiastic  speaker on hearing conservation, and had been awarded “Outstanding Lecturer” for her presentation on “Industrial Hearing Conservation and Cerebellopontine Angle Tumors” at the 1997 NHCA conference.
